Camera & DVR/NVR Service Guide
Merchandise exchange with same price within 1 month
1 year warranty.

Merchandise exchange precondition
Reminder: the 1 month and 1 years counted from the date on which we move the products out of our warehouse(i.e. the date on the fragile sticker)
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc.
Under any of the following circumstances:
1. Package is lost,
2. Accessories (parts) are lost,
3. The merchandise is damaged,
The price of any parts or accessories lost / broken during the return process will be charged. The price is clear masked. HOLAN will only charge you the actual cost.
The buyer need handle whole cost during the merchandise exchange include freight charge and tax.
Please do contact our custom service center and get their confirmation before you return any merchandise. HOLAN is not responsible for any risk that may occur during the shipment.

Warranty Precondition
Under the duration of the warranty, if it’s product quality problem, free replacement, the back and forth freight shall be the responsibility of the seller; if it’s artificial damage, we can provide free maintenance for the customer, but repair parts cost and back and forth freight shall be borne by the customer.
Over the duration of the warranty, free maintenance for the customer, but the customer should be responsible for all the repair parts cost and freight back & forth freight.

No matter before or after sales, we can provide free test software and software updated information as per customers’requirement.
We will answer all of the technical issues within 24 hours after we receive the technical questions from customers, and we will come back with customers problem solved schedule within 72 hours and follow up properly by specialists.
